Veterinary Technician

Tera was born in Houston, Texas but has spent the majority of her life in the East Texas (Longview) area. Tera began her veterinary work in Dallas, TX in 2005. After taking a few years off to pursue another career she came back to the veterinary field in 2015. Tera has always had a love for animals but her love for her beloved “Dudlee” helped in deciding that the veterinary world was for her. Tera lost “Dudlee” in 2010, but since has fallen in love with her 2 Labradors, Memphis (age 6) and Charlee (age 5), they keep her on her toes. In 2015, Tera met the “love of her life, Eric” and they plan on getting married in the spring of 2017. In her down time Tera loves spending time at the beach with her family, gardening, and working out at the gym. Tera has recently transitioned from reception to becoming a veterinary technician where she hopes to pursue her certification. Tera has been busy with pet-sitting and dog walking locally for loving pet owners in the Austin area. Tera’s veterinary interests include heart worm prevention, education, canine orthopedics and dental health.
